How We Created Jöey Nordic Seed Crisps From A Concept to Launching At Whole Foods

Jöey’s seed crisps are here to take your snacking to the next level, and they're doing it with Nordic flair! Inspired by Scandinavian seed crispbreads, Jöey’s seed crackers are fueled by the power of seven super seeds. That's right, SEVEN! They’ve packed each crispy crunchy bite with watermelon seeds, pumpkin seeds, flax seeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and more! With 7g of protein, 4g of fibre, and a great source of healthy fats, Jöey’s sprinkled these multi-seed crackers with delicate yet warm truffle, rosemary, saffron and savoury Himalayan pink salt for a sophisticated snack that’ll make sure you ‘seed’ the day, every day!

From Farmers' Markets to Nationwide Chains

We created Jöey as a product concept then testing the concept with prototypes at Farmer's Markets.  We then expand Jöey in retail to further refining the product prototype.  Jöey is now in over 100 stores and will be launching at Whole Foods.  We understand what it takes to launching a product from concept to in market success.  We also understand the needs required to have the right brand positioning and differentiation that will attract consumers and retailers' attention.
